Our main focus is to provide a flexible, high quality hairdressing service at realistic prices in addition to meeting the individual needs and expectations of each client.
Unlike a salon, where there are usually several customers that require the attention of a stylist simultaneously, the time spent at each appointment is allocated specifically to you - without distractions!
As a result of this commitment a high percentage of our business is with returning clients and through personal recommendations.
Saturday morning and later evening appointments are a standard part of the service and advance booking is advisable for these slots. We do understand, however, that this is not always possible and will try to accommodate you wherever we can.
Skin and strand tests are always conducted prior to applying any hair colourant etc. and we also suggest booking a free consultation if you are considering a radical change or are feeling uneasy about anything.
A consultation will usually take place a few days in advance of your appointment for any colouring or highlighting etc.
